Broken cell phone housing If housing on your cell phone is broken, you probably are experiencing other issues with your cell phone also. Such as the battery discharging too quickly or the phone turning on and off. Or maybe the Ringer won't sound. All of these can be caused by a broken cell phone housing
Cracked cellphone case Having minor cracks on the cell phone housing is very common and most people do not worry about it until they notice that the cell phone is starting to do some weird things. Repairing a cracked housing on your cell phone is important even before it starts to malfunction, because moisture, water and sweat can get into the phone and cause damage to the inner components. It's highly recommended that you repair a cracked cell phone housing as soon as possible.
My cellular phone antenna won't stay in the case This is not as common since most of the newer style cell phones these days have an internal antenna. If you have an antenna that sticks out of the phone and it keeps falling off, it is probably due to damaged threads on the antenna itself or the case where the antenna connects has been damaged.
My flip phone is broken into two pieces This is one of the more common repairs. Obviously this would apply to any flip phone. Maybe the phone fell of you accidentally hyper extended the flip and it broke in half. Sometimes the housing or case breaks in half but the flex cable keeps it together.
You are paying for the evaluation and labor fee to repair your cell phone housing, case, antenna. This service does not include any replacement parts. If any parts are required to complete the repair of your cellphone, you will be contacted by email and asked to purchase the part so that we may complete the repair. We cannot in good faith guarantee that your cell phone is repairable without performing a full diagnostic on your phone. Once we receive and process your cell phone into our system this fee will no longer be refundable.
