iPhone usb connector not charging
iPod power connector doesn't work

Don't worry, We can fix your iPhone usb charger port connector

The above descriptions below may seem like they all simply need the charger port replaced, and most probably will but some of the problems could be related to a defective battery or charger. It may even be related to minor moisture which will find it's way into the iPhone over time. We recommend that you purchase this iPhone Repair Service and send us your iPhone so that one of our factory trained technicians can diagnose your iPhone and find the exact cause of the problem. Once that has been determined you will be contacted before we proceed with the repair of your iPhone. Parts are not included with this service.

Broken iPod charging port The charger port on the iPhone is broken off or hanging loose and only works when you hold it down in a certain position.

iPhone power source not working When you connect the charger to the iPhone nothing happens. Check to make sure the battery is not already fully charged. On some Blackberries if the battery is fully charged it will not respond when you plug the charger in. Make sure the wall outlet you're using is working or if using a GFI outlet make sure the outlet has not popped. Next make sure your battery is installed properly and visually inspect the battery to make sure it is not imploded or expanded.

Loose iPod charge port The charge port usb connector is loose inside the iPhone. It may even still charge the phone if you hold it down in a certain position. We recommend that you stop charging the phone and send it in immediately, because it is very possible to short out the phone and damage it.

iPhone will not charge You know you have a good battery and charger but when you connect the phone to the charger it will not respond what so ever.

Bent iPod charging contacts You know you have a good battery and charger but when you connect the phone to the charger it will not respond what so ever.

Broken iPhone pins in usb port You know you have a good battery and charger but when you connect the phone to the charger it will not respond what so ever.

iPod usb connector not charging You know you have a good battery and charger but when you connect the phone to the charger it will not respond what so ever.

iPhone power connector doesn't work You know you have a good battery and charger but when you connect the phone to the charger it will not respond what so ever.

You are paying for the evaluation and labor fee to repair your iPhone charger port. This service does not include any replacement parts. If any parts are required to complete the repair of your iPhone, you will be contacted by email and asked to purchase the part so that we may complete the repair. We cannot in good faith guarantee that your iPhone is repairable without performing a full diagnostic on your phone. Once we receive and process your iPhone into our system this fee will no longer be refundable.

Your iPhone serial number is usually printed on the back of the phone and may follow the letters ESN, WLAN, IMEI or MEID.

If you can not locate this number simply put a question mark in the required field.

Repairing your defective or broken iPhone has never been easier. We understand how frustrating it is to be without your iPhone for a day or two, let alone 3 to 4 weeks which is at a minimum how long it will take most cellphone manufacturers to repair your cellphone, if it meets their strict warranty guidelines.

We have tried to make the repair process as easy as possible. Simply follow the three steps listed below and your iPhone will be on it's way to us for a full check-up and repair.

Step 1.) Go to our iPhone and iPod repair section and choose the repair service which best describes the malfunction you are experiencing with your cellular phone.

Step 2.) Complete the checkout process by paying for the repair service.

Step 3.) Follow the mailing instructions and ship your iPhone or iPod to us.

THAT'S IT. WE WILL TAKE CARE OF THE REST

You will be asked to pay for the diagnostic labor, repair service fee and return shipping of your cellular phone back to you during the checkout process.
