8525 REPAIR

I sent the phone with the following instructions:

"My phone was left out in rain for about 15 minutes. The face got wet and messed up. I dried out the phone for about a day and it finally came back. All functions worked, including the Internet/Data, all keys and buttons. The only items that were non functional were the tethering function and dialing and talking on the phone. There may be a speaker or some type of connect problem. I thought maybe it was a programming situation so I erased all data, hoping to be able to download everything again through my computer connection and the Windows Mobile Device Center. However, I could not connect and the only thing I get now is a mobile screen Showing ATT and requesting I think a screen alignment function that will not work. It freezes and will not download Windows 6.1. If you are able to fix it I want you to make sure that absolutely all buttons work on the face (i.e. – the one that allow you to get on the internet and also the seven function keys with the small circle in the center at the bottom that you use to dial the phone and move around in menus."... "I want to make sure when you repair it that everything works on this phone I will be sending to you.”

The phone appears to work fine now including all function keys on the face and both sides, and the slide out keyboard symbols and function keys. The only complaint that I have is the time that it took to start the repairs. After you started repairs and after I placed my order for the screen, you moved rapidly to fix it. I have no complaint about that since fixing water damage is a problem that I understand takes longer.

Having said that, I thank you so much for getting this phone back into working shape. I would have hoped there would have been at least a 30 day warranty but understand that you do not offer that when water damage is involved. I assume that you tested it thoroughly before it left so failure, hopefully, will not be a problem.
