I thought I was out of luck until I searched the web and found you guys. Getting a new replacement cell phone was not an option since all my data and contacts were in my cell phone which I couldn't lose. I purchased this repair service and send the phone to you guys and as your directions said you did the rest. I had my cellular phone back in less that a week as good as new.
